Return & Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at NXP Supplements.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an  item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged goods must be reported the same day of shipment arrival.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original method of payment. If you paid via Credit/Debit card, you will receive the refund back to the card in a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying  all shipping costs related to returning your  item.  
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel orders placed with us at NXP Supplements, please contact us by phone at 754-210-0945.
All Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 30% of the value of the cancelled merchandise.
Cancellations may impact payment term options.
